Cakes are unique to my clients, if you choose a style you like,
I can create the personal touches which will make your cake the centrepiece of your wedding reception or special occasion.

CONSULTATIONS AND CAKE TASTING
I offer a free design and tasting consultation service for wedding cake orders. This is our opportunity to create a design that will compliment your special day.

PAYMENT TERMS
I ask for 3 months notice when ordering wedding cakes and 1 month for other celebrations, however, last minute orders are welcome if dates are available.
To confirm your order, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required for wedding cake orders. The balance is due one month before the delivery
or collection of your cake. I accept payment by cheque and cash.

COLLECTION / DELIVERY
Flavour Cakes offer free delivery on wedding cakes within a 15 mile radius and a charge is applied thereafter. Please note that a £15 charge will be added if date is on a bank holiday. You can collect or arrange a collection from us however, as you would expect I can not accept liability for any damage to the cake after it has left my premises.

CAKES DECORATED WITH FRESH FLOWERS
Your florist will supply and deliver the flowers. I will work with your florist regarding the specific floral requirements and I will decorate the cake accordingly. Some flowers are toxic for use as a cake decoration but your florist will help with that information.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your order for any reason the £50 deposit is non-refundable. All other monies paid will be refunded but may incur
charges if any work has already begun.
